Day 1: October-02-2018 Departure to Cairo – Egypt

Day 2: October-03-2018 Cairo

Arrival at the Cairo International Airport, reception with assistance: Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight Cairo “I am God, the God of your father, do not be afraid to go to Egypt, I will make of you a great nation. I will go down with you into Egypt “(Gen 46: 3-4)

Day 3: October-04-2018 Cairo – Pharaonic Necropolis

Breakfast at the hotel: Visit to the city of Cairo (capital of Egypt). The three pyramids, the pyramid of Miquerinos, the pyramid of Khafre and the great pyramid of Khufu. The Great Sphinx of Giza and the Egyptian Museum, Walk through the “Christian Cairo” continue to the Papyrus Museum. Day 4: October-05-2018 Cairo – Mount Sinai

Breakfast at the hotel, departure from Cairo via the exodus routes led by Moses. Crossing the Suez Canal and passing the Nile River, you will travel to the Sinai Peninsula pass through the Oasis, where the sons of Israel camped during the Exodus: Rephidim (Meribah), Mara and Elim. Day 5: October-06-2018 Mount Sinai and Petra

The journey continues to Petra, the declared monumental Nabataean capital of the present Seven Wonders of the World. Day 6: October-07-2018 Petra and Amman:

Breakfast at the hotel, using horse caravan we will enter by SIQ to Nabatean Capital, Petra. We will see the huge royal, government, residential and sepulchral buildings, all nicely carved into the rock of the pink desert. In the afternoon trip to Amman, capital of Jordan, fulfilling with city tour by the greater avenues and centers of the city; Lunch in route; Dinner and overnight in Amman.

Day 7: October-08-2018 From the lands of the sons of Lot the lands of the sons of Abram:

Breakfast at the hotel, departing from Amman, journey to Mt. Day 8: October-09-2018 Around the Sea of ​​Galilee:

Day 9: October-10-2018 heart of Galilee and visit the village of Canaan:

Day 10: October-11-2018 Mount Tabor, place of baptism Qaser o yahood, Jericho, Qumeran:

Day 12: October-13-2018 Massada:

Breakfast at the hotel; On the way to Massada Plateau, formidable fortress and magnificent palace of King Herod, the last stronghold of the Zelotes during their dramatic struggle against the Romans in the years 69 to 72 D. Massada (Ascent of cable car). Lunch, then start going up to Jerusalem past the hostel of the Good Samaritan. We will visit the village of Bethany at the home of Martha, Mary and Lazarus. Enter Jerusalem, with a Triumphal Entrance ceremony facing the ancient city walls. Let there be peace within your walls, and within your palaces. Dinner at the hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 13: October-14-2018 Jerusalem and Hills around it:

Breakfast at the hotel; Today we will begin the visits on the Mount of Olives; here is the place of the Ascension of Jesus, and where HE teaches the prayer “OUR FATHER”, and from where we see the most magnificent view of Jerusalem. Walking through the route of Hosanna visiting the chapel of Dominus Flevit, where Jesus cried, prophesying the future destruction of Jerusalem. Continue to the Garden of Gethsemane where we will remember the agony of Jesus; then visit the Grotto of Betrayal and the adjacent Grotto of the Orthodox Greeks, which commemorates the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. Crossing the valley of Kidron, where St. Stephen was stoned, one ascends to Mount Zion visiting the house of Caiaphas, today in the church of St. Peter in Gallicantu. Continue through the Tomb of King David and the Last Supper room; and a visit to the Western Wall. Lunch in route; Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 14: October-15-2018 Jerusalem – The Old and Modern City:

Breakfast at the hotel; Today we’ll visit the modern part of Jerusalem take a panoramic tour of the city through the government center to get to Knesset, the parliament, to visit the Menorah – the giant seven-branched chandelier. Continuation to the Museum of Israel where one visits the miniature model of Jerusalem as it was in the times of Christ. Next to it is the Sanctuary Book, where some of the Dead Sea Scrolls are presented. We will continue to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum, the main memorial monument and a tribute to the victims and martyrs murdered by the Nazi regime during World War II. In the afternoon you will visit the beautiful village of Ein Karem, where the birthplace of St. John the Baptist and the chapel commemorating the Visitation of the Virgin Mary to her cousin, St. Elizabeth (Magnificat). Lunch in route;

Day 15: October-16-2018 Via Dolorosa – Holy Sepulcher:

Early in the morning, we will follow the path of Via Dolorosa, where our Lord went to Calvary, we will finish our Via Dolorosa with Holy Mass in the Holy Sepulcher. Return to the hotel for breakfast and transfer the neighboring city of Bethlehem, birthplace of King David as of Jesus. Visit the Pastor’s Field before visiting the large complex of sanctuaries inside the old Basilica of the Nativity, the Grotto of the Manger and the adjacent Basilica of Santa Catalina, where we will visit the caves of San José and San Jeronimo and the grotto of the milk. End of the day, returning to Jerusalem, Lunch in route; Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

Day 16: October-17-2018 departure:

After breakfast, transfer with assistance to the airport from Jerusalem. Stop at Emmaus to celebrate Holy Mass (time permitting). Arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport to return home. …
